Roger J. DoddA Board Certified Criminal Trial Specialist for 20 years and a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist for more than 20 years, trial attorney Roger Dodd has represented clients in legal matters since 1976. Mr. Dodd has been a lecturer, expert witness, and teacher in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Russia, St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, and various Caribbean locations.

Mr. Dodd is a frequent guest and commentator on television programs, including Court TV, Good Morning America, Geraldo at Large, and is co-author of Cross-Examination: Science and Techniques. He is one of a select group of attorneys to receive the distinguished Super Lawyer rating in multiple states.

In 1976, Mr. Dodd received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He earned his B.A. from Bucknell University in 1973.  in 2014, Roger Dodd earned an L.L.M. in Advocacy from Stetson Law School.

Admissions and Professional Memberships

Mr. Dodd was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 1976, Florida in 1977, and in Utah in 2011. He is also admitted to all applicable state and U.S. Courts, the Armed Forces Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is an advocate in the American Board of Trial Advocacy (ABOTA). Patricia C. Kuendig

Patricia C. KuendigPatricia Kuendig is a licensed attorney in both Utah (2012), Georgia (2013) and Florida (2005). Patricia is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Utah and the Middle District of Georgia. She received her J.D. from George Washington University and her B.S. from New York University's Stern School of Business. While attending law school, Patricia interned for a U.S. District Court Judge, as well as the U.S. Department of Justice.

Patricia spent the first years of her practice in Miami, FL, where she worked on complex divorce and family law matters.  She credits that experience with her comfort and confidence in the courtroom, as well as at the negotiating table.

Patricia is the youngest faculty member on the faculty of the Houston Family Law Trial Institute.  Patricia has given lectures on a variety of trial-related subjects for organizations such as the Utah Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers, The Georgia Bar and the Oklahoma State Bar's Family Law Section.  In September, 2014, Patricia was honored to present on 'First Impressions and Voir Dire" for 360 Advocacy's program titled "Trial Skills from the Woman's Perspective" in New Orleans, LA.
